Have to cut down weigh

On fri after work Went hm to change Then go to gym training Sper tired and leg jelly On sat after morning coaching Went hm to rest Then continue afternoon coaching Very very tired On sun after work went hm to eat lunch Then maybe going ms soh hs then go off for afternoon class Then swim for 30 to 1hs45mins Sper super tired On mon after work went for coaching On tue after work went for swimming training Abit tired On wed after work went hm Tired I really need to cut down my fats!
