CPR and AED course

After my sch work
Go to lifeguard work
After tt went for training
So tired

On tue
After sch work
Go lifeguard work
Nt so tired

On wed
After sch work
went to swim with the club swimmer
Very tired

On thur
Nv go for work
Went for CPR and AED course
Meet my BF,went together
After reach there is 8.15am
We eat breakfast
Then at 8.45am i went in and he go off
The course start with theroy from 9-10am
Then went for tea break from 10-10.15am
Then continue theroy until 11am
Then start to practise the pra until 12pm
Go for lunch but i nv go cause ate 2 plates in the morning
After tt 1pm start the test
I start with 1 man CPR,chocking-real person and dame,bady CPR and chocking,theroy test,CPR and AED on dame
While waiting for the cert 1 person talk to me and said tt i look familiar to him
I said have?
he said i working in swimming pool at town area
i said no
then he think....he ask u got go compertition
I said have
Then i recall
Then he said i'm the one who save u
Then i said oh ya hor.Cause in the morning i nv eat anything
he said at least must have.no heart
i smile to him

I finish everything at 4.30pm

Went for SSC to work
tired cause in sch the gel we repeted 5 times

After tt went for teaching
When reach there,the dooor is closed
So while waiting
E told me to cover C class from 3-6pm
For 3-5 class they got come
At 6pm the class nv come so asst A
the water very cold
Msg AG about next week compertition
Can't wait the day of compertition
